Pro Clubs is een online modus waarmee je samen met veel andere virtuele teamgenoten het veld op kunt met je eigen speler. In deze nieuwste editie heeft EA feedback van de community gebruikt om te bepalen hoe Pro Clubs eruit zullen zien.
Hier zijn een paar dingen om naar uit te kijken:
Betere aanpassing: nieuw avatar-systeem met een vier-kwadrant as morphing tool, nieuwe spelerposities, herwerkt uithoudingsysteem.
Meeslepende uitzending: speel overgangsdoekjes opnieuw af, watermerk op scherm, clubbanners en een bijgewerkt Pro Clubs-logo. AR-functies zijn ook toegevoegd, naast de mogelijkheid om doelen als een team te vieren.
Nieuwe wedstrijdtypen: Huisregelsbeker - roteert wedstrijdtypen elke week met een andere beker in het weekend. Oefenwedstrijd - Je kunt individuele oefenwedstrijden opzetten of spelen tegen de computer (van beginner tot legendarisch).
Genezen problemen: er is ook voor een aantal veelvoorkomende antipathieën gezorgd, zoals de veel gehate Stamina-bug.
FUT 20-stadions
De stadions in FUT 20 bieden het decor van dynamische en spannende gameplay, dus EA Sports moest het precies goed krijgen. Ze hebben hun best gedaan om de klassiekers te combineren met zoveel mogelijk nieuwe stadions. Dit betekent dat je in elektrische omgevingen zoals Anfield, de Bernabéu, Parc Des Princes en meer wegloopt.

Loot boxes zijn een zeer omstreden onderwerp, dat zowel in de gaminggemeenschap als in de reguliere media voor opschudding heeft gezorgd. Op dit moment is het onzeker of er FUT 20-loot boxes zullen worden meegeleverd.
Een buitendoos is een item in het spel dat een willekeurige prijs toekent aan een speler. Het probleem is dat het zowel kan worden gekocht als verdiend via gameplay. Daarom zijn loot boxes niet leuk voor bepaalde gamers die ze als een oneerlijk voordeel beschouwen, en ook voor regeringen / regelgevers die ze als een soort online gokaanbieding zien.
Maar hoe waarschijnlijk is het dat er loot boxes worden opgenomen? Tijdens een hoorzitting met Britse wetgevers, verdedigde EA Sports hun gebruik - en ging zelfs zover dat ze zeiden dat ze 'behoorlijk ethisch' waren. Die verdediging suggereert dat loot boxes in FUT 20 zullen zitten, maar een groeiende terugslag maakt dit verre van zeker.
Ze zijn in sommige landen al verboden, dus het zou geen verrassing zijn als ze na de release van het spel worden ingetrokken.
